Founded by Chris Parrs in the mid 1950's, we were one of the first people to offer the luxury of Swimming Pool Ownership at a value cost. The "Packaged Pool" industry was off and running and we showed how well a wood-walled, vinyl lined inground pool was constructed and would last!

By the mid-1960's Above Ground pools arrived on the scene and so did we! By 1967 Par Pool & Spa opened its first Retail Store in response to Pool Owners who were looking for a convenient place to purchase their pool care needs and for knowledgeable people to answer their pool care and service questions.

Par Pool & Spa expanded its facilities in 1978. We continually look for ways to better our company and the products offered in order to make Your pool and spa shopping experience the absolute best it can be! Additions of BioGuard Computerized Water Testing and Analysis facilities give our customers the edge to a better, easier to enjoy Pool and Spa.

Today, Ron and Barbara Parrs own and operate Par Pool & Spa. God has blessed us with a talented, well trained and customer-service oriented staff. Our suppliers have been with us for years, if not decades. We don't believe in chasing a new supplier for a little savings. We offer our customers the best products at competitive pricing. Our customers expect us to service them after the sale. After more than 32 years in the pool and spa industry, we are blessed to know  most of our customers on a first-name basis.

Now as we serve customers in all 50 states & Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, western Europe, and Australia. God's vision for Par Pool & Spa has expanded as well; providing high quality products and services at competitive prices to folks who wanted to be treated with respect and courtesy, bringing families together for fun, relaxation, and refreshment.  As Christians, we know that we are only stewards of what He has given us to be a blessing to the people that we serve, and that we are daily responsible to Him.
