When in doubt as to which size to use, ALWAYS go to the next Larger Size Heater.  Remember to take other conditions into consideration when determining the proper size heater for your pool.  These include:

  • Wind conditions

  • Shade vs. Sun

  • Use of Solar Blanket

Please Note:  We recommend using the Chaleur / Hot Shot Heater on pools UP TO 10,000 gallons ONLY.  Larger pools need Raypak or Sta-Rite.
